We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tim’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the luxurious finishes, spacious living areas, and thoughtful touches—everything felt five-star. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom felt like a spa, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. Tim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return—highly recommend for anyone seeking an upscale, relaxing getaway!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. We were in Winter Park for a family memorial and it was the perfect place to spend the time with our adult family. Everything was clean and spacious, and it was easy to get to. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arises.

We had a amazing stay here at Winter Park. We had 11 family members and didn't feel like we were right ontop of each other with its 3 stories and its open concept. The house had every amenitie that we needed plus some. The views are spectacular in this home which was a added bonus. The house was immaculate upon arrival it looked like nobody had ever lived in it. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and made staying there just so easy! You wont regret booking this house!!

I love the snow mountain view from the living room of this house. The house is newly decorated, fully equipped, very clean, there is also a socket board by the bed, and the decoration is very artistic. I like the swivel chair and desk facing the snow mountain view by the dining table. It's very cozy.I'll stay in this house again if I come back.

Beautiful views and clean, newer feeling house. The big glass window across the entirety of the living room looking out on the mountain was our favorite part. Tim was responsive and we did not have any issues with our stay. The house is a few minutes from the bottom of the lifts. You could take a shuttle or drive very quickly/easily to the base of the Mary Jane or Winter Park.

We are so grateful to Tim for coming to our rescue after another host cancelled on us. Tim communicated effectively throughout our stay and the property was gorgeous- -absolutely breathtaking views were enjoyed nightly from the hot tub! The property was clean and decorated perfectly. The walk to and from the shuttle wasn’t too difficult for the kids -be sure to use the green line and do not confuse with emerald. Thank you Tim for a wonderful stay !

Tim & Stacey, Thank you so much for allowing our extended family to enjoy a week in your lovely home. It was perfect and more than expected. Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean, lots of needed :) space for our family, exceptional hot tub with views and continuous views from top floor. Easy access to the mountain whether taking the bus ski shuttle or driving/parking. Excellent communication with hosts pre and throughout the visit. We were traveling with three big kids. Great space for us all. Incredible kitchen - everything we needed. The heated garage was a huge bonus. We loved the decks. Unbelievable views. Host was really friendly and responsive when we had questions. This place is awesome. We hope to come back! Winter Park is an awesome mountain. Something for everyone.
